What I Offer

Woodhill Digital AI helps New Zealand small and medium businesses become more digital, without the overwhelm. I work alongside you to tidy up the tools you already have, introduce AI where it actually makes sense, and put simple systems in place so your team can save time and focus on the work that matters.

On this page you’ll find a small set of practical packages – from one‑off AI quickstarts and systems clean‑ups through to ongoing support each month. Each service is designed to be clear, achievable, and grounded in real‑world experience running and growing a Kiwi business like yours.

  • Start small, move fast, and see real value from AI in a matter of weeks. AI Quickstart is for NZ businesses that want practical help choosing tools and putting them to work in day‑to‑day operations, without a big rebuild or long project.

    What’s included

    • One discovery session (up to 90 minutes) to map your current tools, workflows, and priority use cases.

    • Recommendations for 1–2 core AI tools that fit your budget, risk profile, and team.

    • Design of 2–3 specific, high‑value use cases (for example enquiries, quoting, marketing content, or internal docs).

    • A tailored prompt library (typically 8–15 prompts) written in your business language.

    • Setup and basic configuration of your chosen AI tools (accounts, workspaces, key settings).

    • One live training session (up to 90 minutes) to show your team how to use the prompts and tools day‑to‑day.

    • A simple “How we use AI here” summary capturing agreed rules, guardrails, and best practice.

    What’s not included

Full system rebuilds, custom software development, large content projects, or ongoing support after the final handover can be added as separate projects if needed.

  • Tidy up the digital core of your business so leads, customers, and admin stop falling through the cracks. Business Systems Upgrade focuses on improving the systems you already have – website, leads, CRM, and key admin workflows – rather than starting from scratch.

    What’s included

    • Review of your current website, lead capture, CRM (or equivalent), and key admin workflows.

    • A structured diagnostic workshop (up to 2 hours) to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

    • A written systems plan summarising recommended changes across website, leads, CRM, and admin.

    • Implementation of one agreed priority project (for example a CRM tidy‑up, enquiry‑to‑quote workflow, or simple lead pipeline).

    • Setup of at least one follow‑up workflow, such as enquiry or quote follow‑up.

    • Basic documentation for the new or improved system (screenshots, steps, and responsibilities).

    • One handover/training session (up to 90 minutes) for your core users.

    What’s not included

Full multi‑system transformations, complex custom integrations, large‑scale data migration, or ongoing monitoring sit outside this package and can be quoted separately if required.

  • Turn AI into a practical marketing assistant so you can show up consistently without needing a full in‑house team. The Marketing Productivity Package is ideal if you already have channels in place, but content creation keeps slipping to the bottom of the list.

    What’s included

    • A short discovery session to understand your current marketing channels, content, and goals.

    • Design of an AI‑assisted content workflow (from idea → draft → review → publish) for 1–2 main channels.

    • A simple SEO/AEO content plan focused on a small set of core topics, keywords, and customer questions.

    • Reusable Canva templates (for example social posts, simple ads, or a basic one‑pager/flyer) aligned to your brand.

    • A light content calendar (4–8 weeks) with topics and suggested formats.

    • A limited set of content examples (for example 3–5 drafted posts or emails) to demonstrate the workflow.

    • One training session (up to 90 minutes) to show your team how to use AI and templates to keep content going.

    What’s not included

Full brand redesign, long‑term channel management, paid ads management, or large‑volume content projects are out of scope for this package but can be explored as separate work.

How we work together

I keep the process simple and transparent, so you always know what’s happening next.

Listen and map

We start with a focused conversation to understand your business, current tools, and where things feel clunky or overwhelming. From there, we map a shortlist of priority problems and quick‑win opportunities.

Recommend and design

I turn that into a practical plan: which tools to keep, what to simplify, and where AI or better systems can genuinely help. Together we decide on a clear scope, timeline, and what “good” looks like for your team.

Set up and implement

I do the hands‑on work to configure tools, build simple workflows, and create the prompts, templates, or system changes we’ve agreed. You get regular check‑ins so there are no surprises and we can adjust as we go.

Train and hand over

Once things are in place, I train you and your team in plain language, using your real scenarios. You get simple documentation so you’re not dependent on me to keep everything running.
